Authority’s on a wide variety of projects.
For any structural alternations approval should be
obtained from the Local Authority Building Control department. Here at Andrew
Kemp Consulting we will produce the structural calculations and drawings ready
for submission to Building Control.
At
Andrew Kemp Consulting we understand that construction work can be expensive
and will seek to provide you with a cost-effective service. Our fees depend on
the complexity involved and they are not always possible to know in advance. We
generally charge on fixed fee basis and we will give you an estimate of the
overall cost before we carry out any work. We will contact you if we foresee
any changes. Occasionally on smaller schemes an hourly rate fee may be agreed.
